This Privacy Policy explains how NXT LABS LLC ("NXT LABS," "Compressify," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use compressify.io, our compression and conversion tools, our Figma plugin, our WordPress plugin, and our paid subscription plans (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you create an account.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and general usage patterns, collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.
• Files you upload: images, PDFs, and other files you submit for compression or conversion. See "File Handling & Retention" below.
• Payment information: for paid plans, our payment processing partners collect your billing details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including processing files you upload
• Create and manage your account and subscription
• Process payments and send billing-related communications
• Respond to support requests
• Understand usage and improve the Service
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. File Handling & Retention

Compressify is built around a simple rule: your files are processed only for the task you requested, and are not kept longer than necessary.

• Secure transmission: files are transferred using HTTPS encryption.
• Automatic deletion: once a file is compressed or converted and the result is returned to you, the original and processed files are automatically deleted from our systems.
• Limited processing scope: uploaded files are used only for the requested compression or conversion action — not for manual review, resale, or any unrelated purpose.
• Plugin workflows: the Figma plugin processes selected frames/assets from your Figma file; the WordPress plugin processes media within your WordPress site. Neither plugin retains your source files after processing completes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service, in aggregate. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.
• Bot & fraud protection: we use Cloudflare Turnstile and Fingerprint device-identification technology to detect automated abuse, protect account security, and prevent fraud during checkout and sign-up.

These tools do not collect payment card numbers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect parts of the Service.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our payment processing partners, to process subscription payments
• Analytics and security providers, as described above
• Authorities, if required to comply with applicable law or legal process
• Anyone else, with your explicit consent

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for data in transit and follow reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep the Service and your data protected.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and personal information
• Withdraw consent for optional data uses, such as analytics

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
