Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Compressify, including compressify.io, our compression and conversion tools, our Figma plugin, our WordPress plugin, and any related subscription services (together, the "Service"), operated by NXT LABS LLC ("NXT LABS," "Compressify," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Compressify provides tools to compress and convert images and PDFs, including free browser-based tools (such as our image and PDF compressors and format converters) and paid plans that unlock additional usage, features, and integrations, including:

• Figma Plugin — compress and export images and merged PDFs directly from Figma.
• WordPress Plugin — optimize media inside a WordPress site.
• Web Pro — expanded usage limits and features for our web-based compression and conversion tools.

We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes that materially affect a paid plan.

2. Accounts

Some parts of the Service, including paid plans, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@compressify.io if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Figma Plugin, Web Pro, and the Figma Plugin + Web Pro bundle) are offered on a monthly or yearly recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us — through our payment processing partners — to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, matching your selected plan) unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment processing partners. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time; we will provide reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on your next renewal.
• Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your plan will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
• You will continue to have access to your paid plan's features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused usage within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to use. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation. You retain ownership of any files you upload — see our Data Security page and our Privacy Policy for how uploaded files are handled.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our software, plugins, branding, and website content, is owned by NXT LABS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Service to you. You retain all rights to the files you upload and the output files you download from the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including payment processing partners to handle billing, and analytics and security providers (such as website analytics and bot protection) to help us understand usage and keep the Service secure. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that compression/conversion results will meet every requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXT LABS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
